Highland Spice Prickly Pear (PV,D) 73,912

BULL

Prickly Pear is exactly what we were looking for as our next herd sire. He is an absolute gentlemen, has a very calm disposition, and has great feet and structure. Prickly Pear's sire, Highland Spice Hickory, was the 2022 National Grand Champion bull, and his breeder is well known throughout the country for outstanding Highland cattle. We are more than thrilled to be bringing these genetics into our fold.

RCC's Murtaugh (D) 64,906

BULL

Murtaugh is now a reserve sire for our fold, recently being replaced by Prickly Pear. On his sire's side, Jackhammer of Hawthorn Brae was the 2002 NWSS Reserve Grand Champion. One his dam's side, Clearwater's Ferb was the GC Bull at the Colorado State Fair, and RTH Van Norman was the 2013 NWSS Reserve Grand Champion. While Murtaugh is no longer the "head dude" on our ranch, he will have a special place in our hearts for being our first bull and giving us some beautiful babies.

Arrowpoint Fescue 67,723

FIRST TIME HEIFER

Fescue, known as Fiona on the ranch, is a beautiful, structurally correct yellow heifer. She boasts great lines including Trafalgar, Gray Owl, Star Lake, and more. Her sire is a deep bodied red bull that is a favorite around here. Fescue had her first calf in 2026 out of Murtaugh: a beautiful yellow heifer we named Faline (from Bambi)!

Arrowpoint Reed 67,722

FIRST TIME HEIFER

Reed, known as Rowan on the ranch, is a calm and sweet red heifer. She is a half sister to Fescue, sharing the same sire SFF Ruthless Legend. Like her sister, she has great lines including Schon Boden, Sunset Limited, and Star Lake, among others. Reed had her first calf in 2026 out of Murtaugh: a cool looking brindle bull calf.

Silva's Foxy Charm 70,086 

HEIFER

Foxy Charm is one of our favorite girls on the ranch. She was the first heifer we took to show and she placed first in her division. She comes out of a one-of-a-kind sire, Finley Falls Duncan, who was a Champion Bull at more than 10 shows in a row! She boasts legendary lines from Silva's Highlands, LEA-White Farms, Flatheads, and more! We are so excited to have her in our breeding program.

Circle V Una Dubh (AI,PV,D) 70,554

HEIFER

Una Dubh is our "first generation American" girl! She is stunning black heifer with amazing genetics including Black Watch and Flatheads on her dam's side. Her sire, Murchadh Dubh of Mottistone, was the 2022 Oban Champion Bull in Scotland. His genetics are a royal blend, combining Queen Elizabeth's personal Balmoral Fold combined with elite Mottistone show genetics.

LEA Voulez-Vous 72,256

HEIFER

Voulez-Vous is such a sweet red girl and quickly became a farm favorite when she first came to the fold. Her breeder, LEA-White Farms in Michigan, has been producing top of the line Highland cattle since the 1980s. We are so excited to finally have a LEA-White girl in our program and cannot wait to see what the future holds for this special girl.

SFF Treasure Trove 73,411

HEIFER

Treasure is a wonderfully feminine, smaller framed yellow heifer. She came to us at the same time as Vous, and she has been another seamless addition to our ranch. She has a spunky, bright personality and loves getting treats from us. She comes from another highly recognized breeder, Spring Flight Farm out of Elmira, New York. We are excited to see how she continues to develop out here in the West!

TRM Princess Taffy 61,422

COW

TRM Princess Taffy is a large, deep-bodied black cow. We added her to the fold because of her size and are excited to see the type of offspring she produces. Her dam's side includes legendary LEA-White genetics combined with Canadian lines out of Sunset Farm in Ontario. Taffy gave us our first calf from her (sired by Murtaugh) in the Spring 2026: a beautiful silver heifer!

JKE Sally 63,990

COW

Sally, known as Dolly around here, is a sweet, mid-sized yellow cow. She is very calm and always wants to come get cookies from your hand. On her sire's side, she boasts rich Canadian and Scottish lines from the well-known Glen Osprey Farm (GOF). On Sally's dam's side, some great lines include Schon Boden and Trafalgar. Sally gave us our first calf from her (sired by Murtaugh) in the Spring 2026: a little yellow bull calf.

Raisin (unregistered)

HEIFER

Raisin is a spunky, deep-bodied black heifer that we purchased from a ranch in Wyoming. She has been a fun addition to our ranch and is best buddies with Silva's Foxy Charm. We are looking forward to breeding her for the first time this summer!
